02 Nights / 03 days - Jaipur - Chittor - Udaipur - Jaipur

Day 01: Jaipur - Udaipur via Chittor

(420 Kms / 7 Hrs)

Morning drive to Udaipur enroute visiting Chittaur fort - The indomitable pride of Chittaur , the fort is a massive structure with many gateways built by the later maurya rulers in 7th century A.D. Perched on a height of 180 m high hill , it sprawls over 700 acres . The tablets and chhatris within are impressive reminders of the Rajput heroism. Also visit the Victorty Tower - The imposing 37 metre high structure with nine stroyes , covered with exquisite sculptures of Hindu deities and depicting episodes from the two great epics - Ramayana & Mahabharatha.

Continue your drive to Udaipur and stay at Hotel.

Day 02: Udaipur

Morning sightseeing tour of Udaipur. This is possibly the most romantic city in Rajasthan. There would be no doubt as to why it is called:" The Venice of the East". Maharana Udaisingh founded the city in 1568. Udaipur is full of palaces, temples and havelis, ranging from the modest to the extravagant. Begin the tour with a visit to the City Palace. At this palace complex, you will marvel at the rooms with mirrored walls and ivory doors, colored glass windows, inlaid marble balconies and the peacock courtyard. Also visit the lovely Sahelion Ki Bari gardens, the Jagdish temple and the local Folk Museum.

Afternoon sightseeing of Nagda Eklingji - Nagda: This ancient place in Mewar, was the first capital of Bappa Rawal and has a magnificent torana exquisitely carved with graceful Apsaras. The Sas -Bahu temples here (10th Century) are resplendent in their intricate carvings.

Eklingji: 22 Km from Udaipur, built in 734 AD. This complex of 108 temples enclosed by high walls is devoted to Eklingji, the Deity of the Maharanas of Mewar.

Day 03: Udaipur - Jaipur

(420 Kms / 7 Hrs)

After breakfast drive back to Jaipur.
